What You'll Like:
This tiny, isolated slice of a river channel north of Cochrane is protected for its geological values, featuring an internationally recognized type section for the North Driftwood Formation. The transitional boundaries with the overlying and underlying sediments, are displayed clearly.
Park Facilities and Activities: The park, which is accessible by water only, is without visitors’ facilities.
Location: About 35 km northwest of Cochrane.
