Tuna Chili

Ingredients:
- kidney beans (2 cans)
- flaked tuna (2 cans)
- tomatoes (1 can)
- frozen peas (1/2 cup)
- frozen corn (1/2 cup)
- spices
- cayenne pepper (1 teaspoon)
- salt (to taste)
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions:
- fry the onion and garlic in oil in a pan
- add tomatoes, spices, cayenne pepper and salt
- after 2 minutes add tuna and sauté for 3 minutes
- add kidney beans, peas and corn
- add water and boil for 2 minutes
