Spider Dogs

Try this kid-favourite recipe as a fun alternative to the traditional hot dog.

Ingredients
Have an adult slit the both ends of the wiener with an “X” pattern, leaving about 1 inch in the center uncut.

  • 1 hot dog wiener
  • 1 tablespoon of your favourite barbeque sauce (optional)
  • 1 camp fork
  • 1 camp knife

Spear onto camp fork and coat with barbeque sauce (optional).

Cook over hot coals until the “legs” curl up.
