Rice Bisque with Cottage Cheese and Peppers

Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmatti rice
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 2 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 green chili
- oil
- spices (red chili, salt, etc.)
- cubed cottage cheese
- red pepper
- green pepper
- onion
- tomatoes
Directions:
- fry onions, potatoes and green chili’s in oil in a pan
- put rice and lentils in a pot and double the quantity of water (approximately 3 cups)
- keep on stove until it boils and let simmer until rice is tender
- put cheese, onion, both peppers and tomatoes in hot oil and add spices
- fry for 2-3 min on high flame
- mix all parts together in a large pot and enjoy!
