Muffin Orange

Ingredients

• 1 medium/large orange
• Pre-made muffin batter, ready to be baked
• Aluminum foil

Directions:

1. Cut a circle in the top of the orange, as if you were carving a pumpkin
2. Scoop out the insides of the orange carefully with a spoon, ensuring you don’t pierce the skin from the inside
3. Fill approximately 2/3 of the orange with batter
4. Replace the top of the orange, wrap in aluminum foil and place in the coals of the fire until cooked

Tips:

• Turn regularly with sticks or tongs, checking frequently to ensure that the muffin doesn’t burn
