Crepes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ½ c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Favourite toppings
- Extra butter to cook with
Directions:
- Mix together all of the ingredients
- Melt butter in the pan
- Pour batter into the pan to desired crepe size
- Flip once, until lightly browned on each side
Tips:
- The crepes will need to be flipped when a number of bubbles have formed on the top of the crepes
- You can prepare the crepe batter ahead of time at home
- Don’t forget the maple syrup!
