Sandbanks Provincial Park

Please be advised that the County Marathon will occur Sunday October 4th, 2026. Traffic in and out of the park will be impacted as OPP will be conducting rolling road closures on County Roads 10, 11, and 12. It is recommended that park visitors avoid entering or exiting the park from 10:00-11:30 am.

This season, we are investing in the electrification of existing campsites in Richardson’s and Outlet A Campground as well as updating select comfort stations in Outlet A Campground to improve comfort, accessibility, and the overall visitor experience. To facilitate this work, campsite closures have been put in place and visitors may encounter construction zones and noise. We encourage you to set reservation availability notifications, so you are notified when they are available for booking.
